Working with the Out of School Club has helped my communication skills progress so much, just watching how the members of staff work with the children and are able to come to a compromise about a matter, helps my skills because I learn how to deal with things when the staff are busy with the other children. The Out of School Club offers so many opportunities for children, adults and teenagers.
